  • Do you deliver?
    Yes! Delivery fee will be included in your quote if you choose for delivery otherwise pick-up is also available from our studio in Moama. Please note delivery is required for all wedding cakes
  • How far in advance should I order?
    Your best bet is to get in quick as possible as our weekend spaces tend to fill up quickly. For wedding cakes we ask for for at least 4 months notice. For all other cakes, 4 weeks is preferred! In saying that I am mostly booked out 4-6 weeks in advance.
  • Do you require deposits to secure my order?
    Yes, we require a deposit for all orders. The deposit is also non refundable. Wedding cakes are $100 and event cakes or cookies is $50. This will come off the total amount owing on your invoice.
  • How do I store/handle my cake?
    We recommend that you store your cake in the fridge until 1-2 hours before serving. All inedible decorations ie. cake topper, fresh flowers and foliage must be removed before cutting your cake. For extended height cakes (6 layers) you will find a "half way board" inside the cake. Cut the top half of your cake first, remove the board and then cut the bottom half. All cakes that are more than one tier will be doweled for support. These dowel rods will need to be removed before cutting. If there are leftovers, wrap cake in cling film and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Please ensure your cake is kept out of direct sunlight and heat, our cakes are covered in buttercream.
  • How do I cut my cake?
    Please remove all inedible decorations (flowers, cake topper) Cut cake vertically and using a board you can cut your cake You will also receive a care card and cake cutting guide with your order
