Ashlee has baked her entire life first learning from her mum/grandma and later creating custom cakes for family and friends. At 21 years old she had the idea of turning her passion into a career
That's when Bake & Create by Ashlee was born.
Now 28, Ashlee is a one-woman show baking, icing and decorating from her cake studio in Moama. Specialising in custom designed buttercream cakes, Ashlee works with her clients to develop a colour palette and design unique to the client, event and occasion
